DALCOS® PXN “FRAMES AND DOORS” coil punching machine has been set up specially for manufacturers of frames and sub-frames for doors, fi re doors and reinforced doors. With all the DALCOS® experience in the sector behind it, PXN “FRAMES AND DOORS” is the ideal line for the automatic processing of frames and accessories used to assemble them. DALCOS® Vega Bialternato® patented grip feeder enables all materials processing, including PVC-coated sheet metal; the length of its guides also ensures extremely precise processing even with very narrow and long pieces. DALCOS® PXN “FRAMES AND DOORS” punching machine includes 10 moving tools dimension B and C, one in-line press for front and back operations, transversal cutting shear and a press for the eventual bending of accessories. The use of standard thick turret punches, available throughout the world, makes the PXN “FRAMES AND DOORS” highly versatile. The provided parametric software allows frames of differing sizes to be machined one after the other and using up to 100% of the material. The line is completed with a 2000 kg hydraulically-open decoiler, straightener and stacking bench and height-adjustable table suitable to process coated materials as well.
