DALCOS® PXN “METAL FURNITURE” coil punching machine has been tailor-made to manufacture
metal furniture, shelving, electrical boxes and data transmission cabinets. With all the DALCOS® experience
in the sector behind it, PXN “METAL FURNITURE” is the ideal line for the automatic processing
of panels, shelves, uprights and doors that make up metal furniture.
DALCOS® Vega Bialternato® patented grip feeder enables all materials processing, including prepainted
sheet metal and prefi nished materials with or without protective fi lm. DALCOS® PXN “METAL
FURNITURE” punching machine includes 10 + 10 moving tools dimension B and C, moving independently
on each side of the strip. The simultaneous front and back processing of symmetrical products is thus possible. The two inline presses installed after the moving presses activate big punches for notching and front and back operations. The integrated transversal cutting shear cut off the product ready to be bent. The use of standard thick turret punches, available throughout the world, makes the PXN “METAL FURNITURE” highly versatile. The provided parametric software allows panels and shelves of differing sizes to be processed one after the other and using up to 100% of the material. The line is completed with a 4000 kg hydraulically-open expanding decoiler, straightener and stacking bench and height-adjustable table, suitable to process prefi nished materials as well. |
