The DALCOS® punching machine ERGO 400 is the compact press for processing narrow strips with thickness up to 4mm. It is used particularly in the manufacturing of sections for making greenhouses, containers, lift/elevator guides, door frames, shelving uprights and many other products. The feeder has a built-in straightener so that the line has a compact layout; machinable strips go from 60 mm up to 400 mm in width. The DALCOS® ERGO 400 systems may be customized in terms of the number of moving and fixed punch presses. The DALCOS® rotating G-TOOLS may be included in the set-up for even greater machine flexibility. The use of standard thick turret style punches, available throughout the world, makes the ERGO 400 highly versatile.
