The DALCOS® punching machine ERGO 800 is the compact press for processing strips with thickness up to 3 and 4mm. This punching machine is extremely versatile and is used not only in the sectors already described for ERGO 400, but also in the production of medium thickness panels. The feeder has a built-in straightener so that the line has a compact layout; machinable strips go from 60 mm up to 800 mm in width. The DALCOS® ERGO 800 systems may be customized in terms of the number of moving and fixed punch presses. The DALCOS® rotating G-TOOLS may be included in the set-up for even greater machine flexibility. The use of standard thick turret style punches, available throughout the world, makes the ERGO 800 highly versatile.
