The DALCOS® LF perforation lines are designed to produce fully punched, notched and cut-to-size panels ready for bending. They offer a high output and an excellent performance/price ratio. Machinable strips go from 30mm up to 1520mm in width: this versatility allows narrow strips and large panels to be produced with the same simplicity and precision. The DALCOS® perforation lines need no special foundations; they can be placed on normal industrial ground. Thanks to the DALCOS® VEGA Bialternato® patented feeder, prepainted or prefinished materials with or without protective film are processed in such a way that even the most delicate surfaces emerge mar free. The DALCOS® LF systems may be customized in terms of production rates and are available for various strip widths, from 400 to 1500mm.
