The DALCOS® coil punching machine PXN 400 is ideal for the automatic production of narrow products, starting from 20mm up to 400mm in width. It is used in the manufacture of frames for reinforced and fire doors, safety doors, lighting products, lightweight structural elements, filter frames, animal feeding systems and, more in general, those sectors where very long and narrow parts have to be produced.
The guides of our DALCOS® VEGA Bialternato® patented feeder accompany the material for its whole length to ensure extremely precise processing.
The DALCOS® PXN 400 systems may be customized with regard to the number of moving and fixed punch presses. The DALCOS® rotating G-TOOLS may be included in the set-up for even greater machine flexibility. The use of standard thick turret style punches, available throughout the world, makes PXN 400 highly versatile.
